If you have never rented property directly from the owner in the past we hope the following will be useful.
We endeavor to keep our websites as simple and as fast as possible to use so there is every chance you will not need guidance. You will find there are three basic themes that run throughout the website and they are;
If you see a link then a single left click will take you to the next page as indicated. The main link theme is blue buttons which are labeled. You will also find links which are plain text, blue in colour and underlined. a previous page link will always take you back to the last page viewed.
Once you arrive at the prices page on a property should you wish to make further enquiries click the e-mail button which will open a form. Complete the form and left click once on the submit button to send your enquiry directly to the owner of the property. Normally you will hear back within 48 hours.

Normally when making a reservation you will be expected to pay 25% to 50% to secure the booking and then the balance will fall due 4 to 8 weeks prior to you holiday. Sometimes an owner may ask for a security deposit to cover breakage etc. and occasionally electricity is charged extra. This is normally on longer term reservations.
The owner of the property should confirm all of the relevant details in writing and if you have any questions please ask them at the outset - don't wait until you are on holiday. All terms and conditions are set by the property owner and so they do vary although they generally fall into a similar pattern.
Remember when you leave home to be sure to have the address of your contact as well as telephone numbers - it's a good idea to keep this with your passport so that you don't forget. Also take the contact details of Sunhols Direct with you. A telephone call to us if you need directions may be of help. Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Spanish time.
If you are being met by the owner please try to contact them if your flight is delayed - they will not be pleased to be witting on a street corner for 3 hours.
If you have any problems with the accommodation when you arrive let the owner know about them as quickly as you can. All of our property owners are conscientious people who would like you to enjoy your holiday to the full. They will do all in their power to ensure that your holiday is a success.
